2. **Commitment:** Volunteers agree to arrive on time for their assigned shifts and perform their duties to the best of their ability.

 

3. **Conduct:** Volunteers are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

 

4. **Safety:** Volunteers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of others. They must comply with all safety instructions and procedures.

 

5. **Confidentiality:** Any sensitive information volunteers come across during their service must be kept confidential.

 

6. **Liability:** Volunteers understand that they are participating at their own risk and release the organizers from any liability for personal injury or loss of property.

 

7. **Termination:** The organizers reserve the right to terminate a volunteer’s service if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions.

 

8. **Photo and Video Consent:** Volunteers give permission for the organizers to use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

 

9. **No Smoking or Drinking:** Volunteers are not permitted to smoke or consume alcohol during their volunteering hours. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and to maintain a professional and family-friendly environment.

 

10. **Brand Representation:** As a volunteer, you are a representative of our brand during the event. We expect you to uphold our values and present a positive image of our brand to the public. Any behavior that could harm the reputation of our brand may result in immediate termination of your volunteer status.

 

11. **Volunteer Compensation:** Volunteering for this event is an unpaid position, unless otherwise stated in writing. Any exceptions to this policy will be communicated directly by the event organizers.
