Refund and returns policy

Thank you for shopping at cielomystics.com . We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Refund Policy:

  1. Returns and Refunds Eligibility:
    • Custom Jewelry, Perfume, Crystals, Incense, and Sound Healing Instruments: Returns and refunds are only accepted within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
    • Custom Projects: Custom project fees, including design and consultation fees, are non-refundable. Once the custom project is approved by the client, it becomes non-refundable as well. Clients are provided with three opportunities for revisions on custom projects, or as many revisions as deemed appropriate by the worker.
    • Appointment Fees: Any fees paid for appointments, such as consultations or healing sessions, are non-refundable.
    • Cancellation Fees: If a client cancels a custom project or an appointment, any fees paid towards that service are non-refundable.
  2. Proof of Purchase:
    • Clients must provide a valid proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or email confirmation to be eligible for a return or refund.
    • In the absence of a receipt, Cielo Mystic can look back up to 9 days prior to the current date to verify the purchase.
  3. Refund Method:
    • All eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.
  4. Return Process:
    • Clients must initiate the return process within the specified 7-day period by contacting Cielo Mystic’s customer service.
    • Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, unless the item arrived damaged or had a manufacturing defect.
    • Cielo Mystic reserves the right to inspect the returned item before issuing store credit.
